Free AI Image provides AI-assisted image and media generation tools, including prompt input, optional reference uploads, account functionality, billing, and generation history.

The free image generator on our homepage is powered by models including FLUX.2 Klein 4B and Z-Image-Turbo. This disclosure applies to homepage free image generation; other tools may use different processing systems. We may rely on third-party infrastructure, AI service providers, payment processors, and storage providers to deliver parts of the service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect misuse.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law or violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Generate, upload, edit, request, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, exploitative, abusive, or prohibited content.
• Create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or attempts to sexualize real people without consent.
• Request copyrighted characters, trademarked brands, celebrity likenesses, or other protected material in a way that may infringe rights or confuse users about endorsement or origin.
• Harass, impersonate, defraud, or intentionally harm others.
• Circumvent safety filters, system limits, abuse checks, or platform security.

• Credits are prepaid usage units that may be consumed by generations and paid features.
• Displayed pricing, billing terms, taxes, and checkout details apply at the time of purchase.
• Purchased credits, plans, and subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• We may update pricing, packaging, or plan structure at any time for future purchases.

You are responsible for the prompts, uploaded materials, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use and upload that content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs and outputs only as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

AI-generated outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection in many jurisdictions because copyright law often requires human authorship. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, copyrightable, registrable, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular use.

Unless a specific plan says otherwise, free outputs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Paid or Pro outputs may be used commercially, subject to these terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and the policies of the AI providers involved.

Third-party services help provide generation, moderation, authentication, analytics, hosting, storage, and payments. These include Cloudflare for infrastructure and AI processing, Replicate for safety checks and image processing, and AI API services such as Evolink where used. Google and Stripe may support sign-in, analytics, or payments when those features are enabled.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or output behavior caused by those providers.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, providers, pricing, credits, and limits at any time.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for every workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may refuse requests, remove outputs, restrict usage, suspend accounts, block abusive traffic, or terminate access where necessary to enforce these terms, comply with law, protect users, or prevent abuse.
